For Public Defenders
The Center for Children’s Rights works with colleagues across Louisiana to build a community of skilled, committed, and fully-resourced advocates for the rights of our children.
This password-protected area of our website houses resources to support the statewide community of juvenile defense practice. Here you’ll find an ever-growing body of training resources, practice aids, and model motions and briefs, ranging from video recordings of professional development seminars on adolescent development to quick-reference guides for courtroom objections.
We add new resources to this site regularly, but access is limited to advocates who defend young people in juvenile and criminal court. For a password, please fill out the form on this page.
